Decision on acceptance of contributions was sent to all participants today. A status (accepted / rejected / accepted as poster / accepted as contributing paper) of contributions can be also displayed in the conference software ConfTool after logging in. In case you haven't received any confirmation e-mail, please check if your e-mail address in ConfTool is correct and contact us.
The registration for the conference is already open and early bird registration deadline is 1st May 2015. Please notify that all conference participants have to be registered and have to pay the conference fee. Registration deadline for presenters is 1st June 2015. Abstracts will be published electronically as an e-Book.
No author will be permitted to present more than one paper or poster as 1st author. If you submitted two abstracts (as 1st author) which both were accepted, please select one and inform us about your presentation preference. The full conference program will become available at the conference website around the end of June.
Junior Scholar Grant applicants will be informed about the nominations in a separated email in one week.
