Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail will take place in Prague Congress Centre on Tuesday 25th August.
To avoid crowds and pick up free public transport pass we reccommend participants to come to the registration desk at Faculty of Architecture (FA), 1st floor, on Tuesday 25 August before the Opening Ceremony. It will be open from 12:00 to 19:00. The transport pass is valid from Tuesday 25 to Friday 28 and can be used on any type of public transportation. Please note that it is possible to enter the Opening Ceremony without registration, however registration can be completed only at the Faculty.

20:15 - 22:00 Welcome Cocktail
(please note that due to the prolongation of the Opening Plenary the Welcome Cocktail will start 15 minutes later than originally scheduled - thank you for your understanding)
The Welcome Cocktail is being organized as a very informal event, held at the Prague Congress Center after the Opening Ceremony. This allows you to meet your colleagues in a relaxing atmosphere while enjoying a selection of appetizers and selection of Czech beers from small breweries. The Welcome Cocktail is to take place on the second floor of the venue with a beautiful view of Prague’s historical centre and the Prague Castle.
How to Reach the Prague Congress Centre (PCC)
The PCC can be easily reached by metro line C (red line) to Vysehrad station.
Metro tickets valid for 90 minutes (32 CZK or ~ 1.30 EUR) can be purchased from ticket machines at every metro station or at news stands.
Please note, tickets need to be validated when you enter the metro/tram/bus.
Registered conference participants will receive a public transportation pass free of charge for the duration of the Conference (August 25-28) at the Registration Desk (Opening hours: Tuesday 25/8 12:00-19:00, Wednesday - Friday 26/8 - 28/8 8:00-19:00).
