Description of the different types of presentation:
ORAL PRESENTATION
Each RN/RS/JS session will have the duration of 1,5 hrs.
Each presenter of an ORAL presentation will have 10-15 minutes at their disposal. You can find more information about how to prepare your oral presentation in Instructions for Oral Presentation.
POSTER
There will be several poster sessions during the conference, which have been scheduled from Wednesday 26th to Friday 28st of August from 12.00 – 14.30. Poster authors are kindly asked to be present during the Poster Session. You can find more information about how to prepare your poster in Guidelines for Poster Session.
CONTRIBUTING PAPER
The Contributing Papers will not be presented orally. The presenter of a Contributing Paper should bring copies of the paper (Nr=10) to be distributed to the participants of that session (max 50.000 characters with spaces, including tables, figure, notes and references). This type of paper is also included in the programme. Please contact your RN/RS Coordinator for more information regarding the structure of the paper.
